The Sunday Times Herald-Record has an article about the nutritional content of lunches served in the Newburgh School District.

A nutritional analysis of school lunches commissioned by The Sunday Record found local schools are serving reasonably healthy meals, even if they are a little heavy on the carbs.

It's great that the Record did this study, and that the meals were found to be "reasonably healthy".
